Logo Digitization Explained
Logo digitization is the process of translating your graphic file (JPG, PNG, or PDF) into a stitch file that embroidery machines can read.
How the Process Works
- File review: Our digitizer plans how the design will sew.
- Stitch mapping: Every stitch is manually mapped for direction, density, and length.
- Color assignment: Colors are matched to Madeira Polyneon thread.
- Proofing: A digital or physical sample is created for approval before production.
Once digitized, your logo is stored for future reorders. Reorders using the same logo size and layout do not require the digitizing fee again.
