Banner Weight Options
- 13 oz vinyl Standard versatile weight ideal for indoor use and short term outdoor promotions.
- 15 oz vinyl Heavier and more rigid for longer outdoor use and repeated installations.
- 18 oz blockout vinyl Thickest and most durable with an opaque layer that is excellent for harsh outdoor environments and double sided printing.
Standard Finishing
- Hems Welded hems on all sides for a clean edge and added strength.
- Grommets included Metal grommets placed about every two feet around the banner for easy hanging.
Premium Finishing for 18 oz
- Reinforced edging Sewn edges with grommets for maximum strength and better wind resistance. Recommended for large banners and long term outdoor use.

Artwork Guidelines
Print Ready Artwork Specifications
- Preferred file types are PDF JPG PNG EPS or AI. Word files can be used for layout notes only.
- Set your artwork to the actual banner size. Use high resolution at 300 DPI or higher for best print quality.
- Vector files AI EPS or PDF are recommended for larger graphics and required for complex or contour cut work.
- Convert all fonts to outlines or include all font files used in your layout.
- Keep important text and images at least one half inch from the edges.
Contour Cut Minimums
- Minimum letter or number height is one half inch.
- Minimum line thickness is one sixteenth inch for a clean durable cut.
Proof and Design Support
- Every order includes a digital proof for your approval before printing.
