Abby is overseeing this process to monitor performance and learn the system. Long-term, we will evaluate whether to keep utilizing their platform or bring the entire SEO operation fully in-house under our own team.

Whenever a team member asks a procedural question that will inevitably be asked again, we do not just answer it textually—we record a quick "How-To" video walkthrough. This video is immediately cataloged in our Team Portal library to build an automated, permanent training ecosystem.
