PRINTING FULL COLOR
Four Color Process: Refers to a printing method that uses four basic colors
(Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black) combination to creare an image(s).

FILE FORMAT:
We accept the following file formats for full color printing  PDF, EPS, JPG & TIF

RESOLUTION:
For best results all file formats should have a minimum of 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution at the final dimensions you intend to use. Example if you enlarge a 300 dpi file 400% to fit your layout your resolution would be reduced to 75 dpi which is to low and would be the same as using images from websites that are probably only 72dpi in resolution and will look very blurry when used for the printing process.

COLOR MODE:
All color artwork and/or images must be provided in CMYK (cyan, magenta, yellow, black) color mode.
All black & white artworks and/or images must be provided in grayscale color mode.

BLEED:
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding 1/8 inches (0 .125") dimension for business cards, postcards, rackcards, and all other products. Example: a 8.5" x 11" flyer would have a bleed size of 8.625" x 11.125

What's a bleed?
It is the portion of the card, flyer etc. that will be trimmed off when cut to the final size.

Why bleed?
The purpose of a bleed is to continue a color, image or design to the edge of the card.

CROP MARKS:
Please build your press-ready digital files by adding crop marks.
Lines indicating where the paper should be cut to produce the correct size.

FONTS:
a. Fonts must be embedded in PDF files.
b. Fonts must be outlined or converted to paths or curves in EPS files.
c. Some fonts have copyright restrictions and will not embed in PDF Files.

SAFE ZONE:
All critical elements (text, images, logos, etc.) must be kept at least 0.125" inside the edge. Anything left close to edge may be cut off during trimming.

BORDERS:
Please allow 1/16" cutting tolerance around your card. We recommend no borders due to shifting in the cutting process, borders may appear uneven.

EMBROIDERY

FILE FORMAT:
We accept the following file formats for embroidery PDF, EPS, JPG & TIF

DIGITIZING LOGOS:
Logos/design are digitized to guide the embroidery machine in sewing.  Digitizing defines the type of stitches the embroidery machine will use.  Your digitized logo/design is used to plot various points to define each stitch producing your embroidered image.  This process takes a considerable amount of time and effort.  Once your logo/design is digitized, we will save it for future needs.  The digitizing fee is a one-time fee of $99 for up to 8,000 stitches.
